We would like you guys to brief your member on driver and vehicle requirement
Note for Driver entering Track Requirement
- For Driving Experience, driver must hold a valid Drivers License.
- Original drivers license must be provided.
- You will need to register and fill up an indemnity form before commencing with the activity. You will not be allowed to start until you have done so.
- All drivers are required to wear proper auto/motor Helmets. (Recommended FIA or Snell Approved 2000 or newer)
- All drivers must be in proper attire minimum acceptable: T-shirt, Jeans and Shoes (no slippers allowed) however it is recommended for full racing attire.
- (Recommended) Drivers shall wear gloves made from fire resistant material or leather that fully cover the hands and leave no exposed skin when worn with the driving suit
- (Recommended) Shoes made of fire resistant material or common cowhide leather are required. Shoes must cover the entire foot so that there are no exposed areas of skin.
- Dangerous driving is not allowed. If a driver is driving dangerously without considering the safety of others, he/she will be shown the red flag ONCE as a warning. After the Second red flag, he/ she will be disqualified and asked to exit the track, but may continue watching the race from the grandstand.
- Do not leave your personal belongings unattended. SIC would not be accountable for lost of items.
-Please ensure that you follow SICs Rules & Regulations. Any person displaying drunken, dangerous or unruly behavior will be asked to leave the Circuit premises and we will forfeit any money paid for their bookings.

VEHICLES
BODY
All entered vehicles must be in good condition and appearance.
Vehicles with excessive body damage, primered body panels, missing body panels etc., are not allowed.
WHEELS & TYRES
The general condition of the tyre and rim assembly must be good. There should be no cracks or other damage to the wheel. There should not be cords exposed, bubbles, or other visible damage on the tyre. All lug nuts must be present and tightly hold the tyre and rim assembly to the cars hub. No hubcaps or beauty rings are allowed.
STEERING AND SUSPENSION
The steering mechanism and the suspension of the car should be checked for its general condition. The front and rear wheel bearings should be tight and play-free. There should be very little or no play in the suspension of the car and in the steering mechanism.
ENGINE BAY
There should be no fluid leaks from the engine. Oil breathers or vents shall return the oil to the engine or shall terminate in a catch tank. All hoses carrying fluids should be in good condition with no cracks or other damage.
BRAKES
The brakes should be in good working condition and must be able to stop the vehicle in a reasonable distance in a safe and controlled manner. The pedal pressure should be adequate. The fluid level must be above the minimum limit as specified by the manufacturer. The brake lines must be in good condition.
SEATBELTS AND HARNESSES
The seatbelts should be in good condition. No damage may be present on the seatbelts and they must be the factory configuration. Any harness or any restraint system, other than factory stock MUST be minimum 4 POINT in all respects except for the expiration regulations. Harnesses that are expired for racing may be used providing that they are in at least very good condition.
BATTERY
The battery shall be securely fastened to the car. No Bungee cords or rubber cords may be used to function as the sole hold down mechanism. An electrically non-conductive material must cover the positive battery terminal. Any battery located inside the drivers compartment should be fully covered and firmly secured to the chassis (or tub) in a marine type battery case.
LOOSE OBJECTS
All loose objects in car and trunk should be removed. Floor mats, dash mats, spare tyre, jack, tools, etc. must be removed.
REARVIEW MIRRORS
The vehicle must have at least one rear view mirror affixed such as to provide the driver with good visibility to the rear
CAMERAS
Only motorsport related recording devices are allowed & must be securely mounted with a suction mount or roll bar mount.
LIGHTS
There should be at least two (2) working red brake lights visible from 300 feet to the rear
TOW EYES
It is STRONGLY recommended that all vehicles have at least two (2) easily accessible (and usable) tow eyes; one (1) in front and one (1) in back. They must not protrude dangerously from the car, and they must be accessible without manipulation of the bodywork and/or panels. They should be strong enough to support the weight of the car. If no tow eyes are available, the towing crew will hook onto other things that may cause damage to the drivers car. The towing crew will not be held liable for that damage. Again, tow eyes are STRONGLY recommended. The tow crew will attempt to avoid damaging the participants vehicle. However, should damage occur in the course of towing, or preparing to tow, Mazda Mega Gathering Track Day 2013 and/ or the tow crew will not be held responsible for any damages.
